(1,701 grams or 3 lbs. 12 oz.)
If I knew I was going to have so many tests, I would have studied! They performed a dye test of my urinary tract today. They inserted a catheter (ouch) and injected some dye to see how my urinary tract was working. We should get the results tomorrow. An ophthalmologist checked my eyes this evening, again we should get the results tomorrow. My lung secretions came back positive for xanthamonas, another icky type of bacteria. They're going to continue my antibiotic treatments and hopefully we can knock it out soon. I did have a bit of the A's and B's today, which is Apnea and Bradycardia. My heart rate slowed to the 60s! They suctioned a ton of goop out of my lungs and I did much better the rest of the day. Mom and Dad are a concerned about my right ear. I always lay on that side and my ear is flipped up, they told the nurses to keep an eye on it. (I don't want to look like a coffee cup!!)
