(2,515 grams or 5 lbs. 8.7 oz.)
Mom came in to discover all sorts of changes today. First of all and most exciting is that I am on the Nasal Canula and doing well. They put me on it at about 8 a.m. and so far I am hanging tough. I also graduated to a big boy bed (a crib instead of an isolet), which is a nice move. I really like my new spacious bed. And last but not least, I got rid of another monitor today, my TCM, which is the monitor that reads my C02's. It is one less thing that has to be placed on my body and I am really glad to get rid of it. My nurse today was Carolyn. This is the first time we've had her. She showed Mom a really clever way to wrap me up so that I can't get loose. Mom thought it was really neat to be able to just pick me up when she wanted to without having to maneuver so much equipment around.
